This is a traffic safety website maintained by the American Safety Council, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “American Safety Council”), which is a Georgia Department of Driver Services licensed Driver Training School, for the sole purpose of providing driver improvement education and testing for Georgia customers.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website and other information provided to you by the American Safety Council, portions of this information may be incorrect or out-of-date. Neither the American Safety Council nor its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers warrants the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information provided and shall not be liable for any losses caused by such reliance on the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such information.

This website provides a 30-hour online driver education course for Georgia customers for the purposes of increasing novice motor vehicle operators’ knowledge, skills and abilities relative to the collection and processing of critical traffic information while concurrently learning risk reduction and management skills and defensive driving strategies that are essential for safe and efficient motor vehicle operation. No representations or warranties, expressed or implied are given as to a novice motor vehicle operator’s ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in response to completion of the course on this website or for other consequences resulting from the use of concepts and information obtained during completion of the 30-hour online driver education course.
If an order is cancelled after you have made payment but before you attempt to complete the course final examination, the American Safety Council will refund your total order amount upon receipt of a written request to email@example.com within 60 days of registering for the course. No refunds will be issued for failure to pass the course final examination.
IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN FULL, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.
